🛠️ MapGo Troubleshooting Guide

1. ⚠️ PoGo Installation Failed

Solution:

📩 Please contact our support team at [email protected] and include:

● A screenshot of the error message

● Your account email, device model and iOS version


2. 🚩 PoGo In-Game Red Banner (GPS 11/12)

Solution:

● Switch to "Two-point mode" or "Multi-spot mode" for a few time

● If in Mainland China, try changing to another country/region

● Avoid teleporting extreme distances suddenly


3. ⚠️ Game Account Risk Warning

Prevention Tips:

● Strictly follow cooldown rules before teleporting

● Avoid frequent location changes within short periods

● For high-value accounts, wait 2+ hours between major location jumps


4. � Steps Not Counting for Hourly Adventures

Explanation:

MapGo modifies GPS location only - it cannot:

● Simulate physical step counts (measured by iPhone's motion sensors)

● Affect health/activity tracking data


5. 🛠️ Unresponsive Functions
