📝 Subscription Management & Refund Policy
To stop automatic renewals:

a. Your MapGo account email
2. We'll process cancellation within 24 business hours
a. No future charges will apply
b. Service continues until current billing period ends
We process refunds within 24 business hours if:
✅ Requested within 30 days of payment → 30% refund
● ❌ No refunds for:Payments older than 30 days
● Used services
● Trial conversions

1. MapGo account email
2. Payment receipt showing:
a. Transaction number
b. Merchant name
c. Amount & payment date
3. Last 4 digits of your payment card
4. Brief reason for refund (helps us improve!)
● Refunds issued to original payment method
● May take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
