How do i change the subscription plan ?

Head to the subscription page which you will find under the main side bar menu,. Click "Choose Plan" post which you can select the plan which is most applicable to your brand. This can only be changed by the Global Administrator, "Branch Administrators and Employees" will not have the access to do so.
