How to i understand more about my customer ?

Click on the "Customer Overview" tab in the home-screen. This would give you different buckets in which yours customers are grouped, based on which you can click on a specific customer which opens up their profile.

You will beable to understand :

  • Their last spends
  • Their visits this month
  • The person who assisted them
  • Their market share with your brand in comparison to other competing brands in the same category (chart found under "Insights")
  • Chart analysis of their visits to time spent in the store during those visits
  • Customer notes and feedback based on their visits

This will help you know and target your customers better and give them the experience they rightfully deserve.
