How to i understand more about my customer ?
Click on the "Customer Overview" tab in the home-screen. This would give you different buckets in which yours customers are grouped, based on which you can click on a specific customer which opens up their profile.
You will beable to understand :
- Their last spends
- Their visits this month
- The person who assisted them
- Their market share with your brand in comparison to other competing brands in the same category (chart found under "Insights")
- Chart analysis of their visits to time spent in the store during those visits
- Customer notes and feedback based on their visits
This will help you know and target your customers better and give them the experience they rightfully deserve.
