How can I contact the host if I have any questions related to my order?
If you have any questions about an order, we recommend you go to “My Orders”, and then select the order for “Order Details”. On the order details page, there’s an “Order inquiries & responses” section. Texts saved there will be sent to the host via private message, and the host can respond directly.
